This Shahi Jami Mosque can be seen at Dargapara of Shailkupa upazila of Jhenaidah district. Among the architectural structures of the Sultanate of southern Bangladesh, this mosque is one of the most important. It is basically a mosque built by brick. Six domes are decorating in the mosque. To enter the interior there are 3 entrances on the eastern wall of the mosque. Apart from this, there are two more gateways on the north and south sides. The mihrabs of the mosque are decorated. Religious buildings can be found in 4 corners with 4 round towers. According to the construction technique of the mosque, it is estimated that it will be built between 1519 and 1531. However, the mosque is no more than its original form due to its repeated version. There is a tomb beside the mosque. Here is the tomb of a person named Hazrat Maulana Mohammad Arab.
